*Costa Rican VAT13% sales tax for each night's stay
*Please let the hotel know your expected time of arrival. This is important to Us and to Your check-in process! Our Reception closes at 7pm. If you expect to arrive after that, it is important to alert the hotel so a late Check-On can be easily arranged. If you do not, you risk not taking possession of your room. (Agencies, please request this from your clients and alert the Hotel to their arrival time)
*picture ID is required upon Check-In (Cedula, Passport). The Hotel grounds are managed to safeguard the quietness and privacy of its guests. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property for the security of everyone. All rooms are non-smoking.
* Rooms based on double occupancy; 3rd and 4th person are $10 each extra per night. During “Holiday” time the charge is $15 each per person each night. Rooms can either have 1 double bed, 1 double bed and 1 single bed, or 2 double beds. Please let the hotel know your preference and based upon availability we will try to accommodate you.
*At Check-In the full payment in Cash (USDollars or local Colones) is required. No exceptions. Please note Dominical does not have a Bank therefore it is advisable you get cash before your arrival to the Hotel. There is an ATM at the beginning of town, but it's limit per transaction is $200, and sometimes it can be out of cash in High Season.
*Once you have booked your room(s) and have paid to check-in, no refunds will be given if you decide to leave early. We have blocked this room(s) for you. You can leave of course, but no refund will be given.
* In order to secure your reservation, at the time of booking, a Deposit amounting to 50% of the reservation total, or the rate of 1 night in the pertaining season, whichever is the higher is required.
For bookings and Group/Agency bookings the deposit is 50% upon reservation and the remainder is due 30 days before arrival. Client assumes responsibility of service/transfer fee. This amount is fully refundable less the service/transfer fees, prior to 60 days before the first night of the stay IF booker/ client/agent notifies the hotel by email at : firstname.lastname@example.org. If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior to Check-In (‘late cancellation’), the deposit will be forfeited. No Refund will be issued. No exceptions. If outside of the late cancellation period, then the request for a refund or credit must also be sent by email to : within the 30 days following the cancellation or the deposit will be forfeited. *The credit will be honored for 6 months following the original reservation.
In case of a “No-Show”, the late cancellation policy as described above will apply and the deposit will be forfeited, and any remaining reservation days will be automatically cancelled by the hotel management.
*Prices are subject to change without prior notice until reservation is confirmed with deposit.
* We are a quiet hotel and those checking-in with youngsters (5 years and over only) are expected to be respectful of other guests who come to enjoy the tranquility of our little oasis. We ask for the parents to be responsible and aware of their children’s behavior and noise level at all times while on the premises.
*By paying your deposit and/or our invoice, you acknowledge that you have read and understand all Hotel policies and have accepted and will abide by our Terms & Conditions.
