each with a ceiling fan, lock box, basic kitchen facilities and a private bathroom with a hot water shower. (toaster, 2 burner stove, small fridge, hand juicer, blender, toaster oven, pots'n pans, cups bowls plates utensils etc.) Private table & chairs on terrace in front of room.

We offer 4 fan cabinas.

Each cabin has its own private bathroom with a hot water shower, a lock box, a desk, a private terrace with a hammock, a table and chairs. There are 2 fans in each cabin ; a ceiling fan and a standing or wall fan.
These rooms have views of the tropical garden.
The room is based on double occupancy but can accommodate up to 3 people. There can be 2 beds in room, but you need to request to the the Hotel in advance before your arrival to make sure this option is possible (tropicalsandsdominical@gmail.com)

If you expect to arrive after 5:30pm, it is important that YOU contact the hotel especially if you plan to arrive after Reception hours.
We can give you the front gate code and your room number.
Payment of first night deposit will be requested if you arrive after Reception hours.

If you do not inform the Hotel of a "late arrival", and if you arrive after 6pm, you risk not taking possession of your room and not checking in until the following day. You will still be responsible for the original reservation as we have been holding the room for you.

Dominical does not have a Bank, but there is an ATM in front of Mama Toucans Organic Grocery Store at the entrance of town (but it does have a high transaction fee ($8)
so best for you to take money at a bank or ATM before you arrive to Dominical as most other ATMs are only $3) Payment will be requested in USDollars or CRcolones.

CHILDREN STAYS:
We love families and are happy to accept them with the understanding that our hotel is known for its peace and tranquility. 5 + years of age only please. Child rates added to adult occupying room = $10 fee will apply per night for 5-10years old / over 10 years = adult price per night per child. Rowdy and screaming children will not be accepted or allowed to stay.
We welcome families with youngsters but we expect parents and the young people to understand that everyone is here on vacation and seeking relaxation and a calm environment. We request for everyone to respect other people's space, property and the noise level they are creating.
For the happiness and enjoyment of ALL guests we ask parents and the youngsters to control their noise level, no jumping on the furniture, no hitting or chasing our animals, no screaming for extended periods of time or banging doors please.
We feel parents are responsible for their families actions so ultimately it is the parents duty to manage the noise level.
Any broken or damaged property will be charged.
* yes children count when you make a booking so please include them in the number of people staying when you book. We can not add extra beds.

PET STAYS:
We are sorry but we do not accept your furry loved ones.
As we have several of our own on the Hotel grounds,
we prefer to keep the environment calm and stress free
from altercations that could occur. Our 3 cats love our
dogs but may not like yours.
